Children's Artwork Policy and Submissions

By submitting artwork to Ragamuffins Clothing, you confirm that:

  • You are the parent, legal guardian, or authorised representative of the child artist, or

  • You are the original creator of the artwork.

 

You grant Ragamuffins Clothing permission to:

​

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Modify artwork sizing or formatting where necessary

  • Display the artwork on products, websites, and marketing materials

  • Sell products featuring the artwork​

Safeguarding and privacy

We are committed to protecting children’s privacy.We will never knowingly publish sensitive personal information relating to children without appropriate consent.Names, ages, or identifying details of child artists will only be shared with explicit parental or guardian permission.
